Reframe Your 2022 – A Guided Journaling Experience

Reframe your 2022: A Guided Journaling Experience

A lot has happened in 2022. Our brain’s natural hard-wired negativity bias makes us notice and remember the bad more than it notices and remembers the good. This 2-hour online guided journaling and reflection experience was a great way to amplify the good, recognize our growth, and reframe our experiences and memories of 2022.

Participants received a printable and fillable guided journal, included with registration and enjoyed this wellbeing science approach to making meaning and amplifying the good we appreciated from 2022.
